What I hope to achieve, and how I go about it

Mission
My goal with therapy is to support you through whatever difficulties you may be experiencing, give you greater understanding of yourself, and assist you with developing skills to improve your well-being
Approach
I use a person-centered approach when working with clients, and draw on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy. However, I also know that one-size does not fit all, and that the approach needs to be tailored to each client, with a strong focus on developing a therapeutic relationship built on trust, openness, and support.
