Mission

I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and collaborative. 

My role is to help you better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and develop strategies to support your well-being.

Therapy is about creating space for reflection, understanding, growth, and meaningful change.

Approach

I take a person-centred and evidence-based approach to therapy.

I draw from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic principles. Each session is tailored to your individual needs.

There is no one-size-fits-all model in therapy. I place strong importance on building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, openness, and professional care.
